Privacy Policy
This policy covers the gomyrobot.com website. It is written to be read in ten minutes: what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. Drafted 2026-09-04, in advance of the site launch.
What we collect
The only thing that writes data on this site is the contact form. It records the five fields it asks for: name, email address, organization, inquiry type and message. Nothing else is captured. We do not run analytics, advertising, fingerprinting or any other form of tracking.
What we do with it
Submissions are read by the GoMyRobot team to answer your inquiry and, where the inquiry implies a follow up, to correspond with you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone. We do not use submissions for profiling, automated decisions or marketing that was not asked for. If a correspondence leads to a commercial relationship, the terms under which we process your data are set out in the relevant agreement.
How long we keep it
Submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the correspondence they started. If a correspondence stays open, the data stays. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, and we will do so without a retention delay, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a copy.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time and at no cost:
- To see what we hold about you and to receive a copy of it;
- To correct anything that is wrong;
- To delete your data;
- To restrict how we process it;
- To have it transferred to another controller.
Residents of the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR and its equivalents. If you are in one of those places and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can also complain to your local supervisory authority. Requests come in by email, are answered in writing, and are treated exactly as written.
Children
This site is an industrial offering aimed at professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting something new, this page changes first and the date at the bottom of it moves.
